Moisturise dry skin with a hardworking Healing Skin Balm. Formulated with Coconut oil, Olive oil, Apricot kernel oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E oil and a blend of pure Lavender, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus essential oils. Contains 100% natural active ingredients with no fillers or synthetics.

This balm will quickly absorb and intensely moisturise dry skin. Suitable for all skin types, it works all over the body. Use on hands, elbows, knees and feet, and any other dry skin in need of moisture and protection. The Healing Skin Balm is particularly good for rough hands and cracked heels.

What do the essential oils do?

The therapeutic use of essential oils is well documented and we use a generous dose in this balm. The Lavender, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus has an uplifting and subtle scent.

Lavender– An incredible essential oil with many varied uses. Lavender has natural anti-septic, anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties so is fantastic for helping to cleanse and protect the skin. Lavender can help to boost circulation and has been shown to lower blood pressure. It calms the nerves, helps to relieve headaches and helps with anxiety issues and nervous tension.

Tea Tree– This powerful essential oil is packed with anti -bacterial and anti- fungal properties

Why use a balm instead of a cream?

A cream consists of water and oil, combined with an emulsifying agent and some active ingredients. A preservative is needed to stop bacteria from growing in the added water and often is a synthetic preservative such as a paraben. The oil and the active ingredients are the ingredients that moisturise and help the skin, the rest is filler. Sometimes, only a very small percentage of the formula is an active ingredient.
We like to skip the synthetics and the preservatives (don’t worry, bacteria doesn’t grow in our anhydrous formulas) and use a formula that is 100% active ingredient with no filler. We blend our oils and use Beeswax to set them into Balms. Each ingredient in our balms has been chosen to benefit your skin, our formulas are simple, effective and efficient. And because they are so efficient, you’ll need to use less of them.

This product is a godsend for me. I work outside a lot and the skin on my hands drys out quickly, especially during winter. The healing skin balm fixes my dry, cracked skin almost over night. Dryness clears up almost immediately and hands look back to normal the next day. I highly recommend this product. Thank you.
