Free From Skincare Awards Shortlisting

By 14th February 2019 No Comments

“Now in its 5th year, the Free From Skincare Awards have become the go-to awards for natural and organic brands who are committed to the ‘free-from’ cause. With over 270 entries to the awards, 120 experienced Beauty Bible testers and a dedicated panel of Free From judges and experts, this has been one of the award’s most exciting years yet.”

We are thrilled to be a part of this years awards. Natural skincare is who we are and what we do. Our products are made in small batches and are free from synthetic ingredients and artificial fragrances. We know the challenges of shopping for free-from products all too well (currently 3 in our household with dairy and gluten allergies) so we know how important clear ingredient labelling is for an easier shopping life. Clear labelling is important not just for food products but for skincare products too.

So way back in February we packed off a box full of Mint, Rosemary & Spirulina Clay Soap and Hemp & Avocado Body Butter to the Free From Skincare Awards. They’ve undergone some vigorous testing and it’s been a nervous wait to find out how they’ve done, particularly as it has been a busy awards this year and they were up against a lot of bigger and established brands. But, we are so pleased that both products have been shortlisted for the final. There are now a handful of natural products in each category, and our clay soap and Hemp Butter are in there. It is wonderful that they have undergone such testing and have made it this far.

The winners of the awards will be announced at the Love Natural, Love You Show at Olympia, London, on 8th July. We will be down at the awards and will post about the results as they are out.

In the meantime, the full shortlist of the products and more information about the awards can be found here http://www.skinsmatter.com/freefrom_skin_care_awards/shortlist-16.html
